Duty calls.
My work on the book is on hiatus again, since my work with the multimedia start-up has picked up again. I've been storyboarding for a song about baboons and am having a hard time switching gears from a fast-paced sketch-fest, to a quiet, methodical, delicate full-sized watercolor piece. And to top it all off, I'm still working full-time at a physically intensive job.
To digress a little, being a mother with the gender roles in the family reversed is very difficult, both emotionally and physically.
Ideally I'll have some time to do a page or two after the weekend.
WOW. I even forgot about drawing a tiger stencil for my friends' clothing line! Can we say, "too-much-on-my-plate???!?"
